UZOMA ORCHINGWA, FOUNDER & CEO OF AMEELIO
Uzoma Orchingwa is the CEO and co-founder of Ameelio, a free-to-use communications and education technology to create a more humane and rehabilitative corrections system. He holds a Masters of Philosophy degree in Criminology from the University of Cambridge. He is also a joint-degree student at Yale Law School and Yale School of Management. He has received a Gates-Cambridge Scholarship, Truman Scholarship, and Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans. His technology nonprofit has garnered funding from tech luminaries Vinod Khosla, Jack Dorsey, and Eric Schmidt.
