CJ Carr is one half the hacker-band of Dadabots. Their 24/7 death metal generator has been live streaming on YouTube for over a year. These Turing-test winners relish in tricking people into believing computer-created music is human. While most ai music groups use midi to generate pop and classical, Dadabots trains raw audio nets to generate underground genres like black metal, mathcore, skate punk, free jazz, breakcore, and beatbox-- with the goal of inventing totally new genres. In 2019 they toured the EU & US performing and teaching. They love collaborating directly with artists to make provocative art and cause mischief.
